RETURN

We accept unused products within 7 business days upon receiving your order. The products must be in the original packaging, unused, uncut hangtag, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.
Please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip.
Email us for a return label. We will create a return label and email you the copy.
We will process the refund as soon as we receive the returned items.
Please allow 1 week to process the refund.
Original Shipping charges are not refunded when the order is returned.
All personalized bags are final sale. Personalized bags are non-refundable and non-returnable.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return product purchased and then place a new order online for the product that you would like instead.
The exchange process will normally take about 1-2 weeks depending on shipping times.
