This bag ROCKS! It's so much nicer than I had even hoped. The canvas material is really sturdy and high quality, the leather straps (which I initially did not want because they looked cheap in the photo) are SO much nicer than I anticipated, really thick and strong. The shoulder strap shown in the photo is not what came with it, which is fine because I didn't like it anyway. What did come was a nice striped one, but the colors weren't to my liking, so I ordered a matching strap from Amazon, $8. It's perfect!
I bought the lavender stripe color, which I LOVE so much!! Such a pretty shade of lavender.
It comes from India, so it takes a few days to arrive, but really, considering it's personalized and shipped across the world, it got here pretty fast.
And here's the icing on the cake - I chose the "Personalize" option, which I thought would just be the image I attached as a vinyl. But no - IT'S EMBROIDERED!! And so are the letters! I am beyond pleased, and so grateful to this company!
My only issue is that the bag description is misleading, citing "multiple inside pockets with divided compartments" which is NOT true. It's a nice big open boxy single compartment with a slit pocket on each side, handy for keys and phone. Though I would have preferred at least one divider, the rest of the bag makes up for it and I am VERY pleased.

Yes, we do both text personalization as well as monogram/logos. For text such as names and initials, you can use our personalization button directly and type out your desired text. For company/brand logos or monograms, you can send us the logo and we'll embroider it exactly as is based on your file. Please be aware we cannot embroider digital and gradient images.
Our canvas bags cannot be washed directly in the washer or by hand washing. Please spot clean only.

If the product was delivered and damaged, please send us a photo within 1-5 days upon delivery to get an exchange or refund. If it has past the time frame and the damage was shown to not be a factory defect, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product.
