Yes, we do both text personalization as well as monogram/logos. For text such as names and initials, you can use our personalization button directly and type out your desired text. For company/brand logos or monograms, you can send us the logo and we'll embroider it exactly as is based on your file. Please be aware we cannot embroider digital and gradient images.

Our canvas bags cannot be washed directly in the washer or by hand washing. Please spot clean only.

Yes! If you are a wholesaler, please email us to start a wholesale account and receive a discounted price on bulk orders.

You will receive a shipment notification email once your order is shipped. If you can't find it, please check your spam box. If it's still not in the spam box, please contact us and we'll confirm the tracking number for you.

If the product was delivered and damaged, please send us a photo within 1-5 days upon delivery to get an exchange or refund. If it has past the time frame and the damage was shown to not be a factory defect, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product.

We are currently adding more interesting products in our line in 2025 and the upcoming 2026. We don't prefer to generalize our bags as solely female or male design. We believe that it's up to our customer's style and interest in fashion to determine if it fits with them or not. Therefore, all of our bags are open to your personal interpretation and considered unisex.

Our main factory where all of our products are developed in located in Ahmedabad, India. India is known to be one of the best canvas fabric manufacturers in the world. All of our products are made of high-quality material and we are azo-free dye only, nickel-free and lead-free. We are Sedex Pillar 4, GOTS, and GRS.
